THE Artists Workhouse in Studley launches its final exhibition of 2016 this Friday, November 11.
Entitled ‘Recent Work’ it’s a solo exhibition by acclaimed Ulster artist Stephen Snoddy, the current curator of The New Art Gallery, Walsall.
Inspired by Matisse, like the French master often uses the window as a visual motif between inside and outside and this exhibition represents a rare opportunity to see a cutting edge contemporary artist in a local setting.
Open from 11am to 4pm (closed Mondays and Tuesdays) the event runs until Sunday, November 27 at the Redditch Road centre.
Preview evening is this Thursday, November 10, 6pm to 8pm.
