REDDITCH PRIDE 2025 will be returning to the town centre next Saturday, June 7, with its colourful mix of family entertainment and celebration of the LGBTQ+ community.
The event, organised by volunteers, will start with a parade at the Town Hall outside the Palace Theatre at 11am, and will process through the Kingfisher Centre ending at the Church Green where there will be lots of live entertainment.
PRIDE committee spokesman Bill Hartnett said: “This year it is all about coming together in unity and support for all members of our community.
“There have been a lot of changes around the world and here in the UK and we need to show that we stand united in our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
“Redditch PRIDE is for everyone from the young to the elderly all coming together to show unity and pride, everyone is welcome.
“There will also be a street circus to entertain young and old, where you may even get a chance to learn some circus skills – making it a truly family event.
“There will also be a wide range of community groups, stalls and small businesses all taking part to make this event bigger and better.
“We hope you see there.”
