THE polls are now open on the Alcester North Police Neighbourhood Team (SNT) priorities ballot for the next three months to March 2017.
Incidents reported to the SNT include a large concrete slab dumped on top of a car in Crooks Lane, Studley on Friday night / Saturday morning (December 2-3), the theft of a Hazelwood trailer from Coughton Fields Lane in Coughton, and a wing mirror being knocked off a car in Studley on Saturday night ‘ Sunday morning (December 3-4).
Elsewhere they’ve dealt with burglary, theft and and been called out in a crime prevention role on a raft of cases of people acting suspiciously.
Now residents in the Studley, Wooton Wawen, Bearley, Tanworth and Henley areas are being asked to name their top three priorities from the following choices:
1) Extra patrols at vehicle crime hot spots.
2) Extra patrols around roads near to schools to target inconsiderate parking etc.
3) General crime prevention patrols to give advice to vulnerable people and property.
4) In Henley: Extra patrols around the railway station to deter anti social behaviour.
5) At Spernall: Extra patrols to target Poaching in the Spernall area.
