THE PURITY Brewing Company is putting the law in the hands of the people by launching its maverick brew, Lawless Lager, in a can.
The 4.5 percent beer is an unfiltered hopped lager follows 500-year-old Bavarian brewing law and uses only four ingredients.
The brewery can be found at Upper Spernal Farm near Studley.
