RAGLEY HALL in Warwickshire will host the penultimate instalment in this year’s Firework Champions catalogue of events on September 17.
Firework Champions is a mega-event where three leading pyrotechnic companies compete to be crowned the ultimate winner, with the decision being made by a spectating audience who all have the chance to vote their favourite display using an innovative SMS system.
The Art of Sparks, Solihull Fireworks, and Signature Fireworks are the three competing pyrotechnic teams, while Dynamite Fireworks will provide the larger closing display.
Organisers MLE Pyrotechnics have promised a pre-show spectacle in the form of a drone light show courtesy of DroneSwarm, music and a wide variety of children’s entertainment.
Mat Lawrence, managing director at MLE Pyrotechnics, said: “With us being so familiar with Ragley Hall already, we just know this year’s event is going to be nothing short of magical! Each team is going to bring passion and originality to their respective firework displays, and the closing display will be something people simply cannot miss.”
Gates open for entry at 4pm where music and entertainment is broadcasted throughout, and a range of food and drink vendors will also be present as well – including a licensed bar.
The main event starts at 8:30pm, followed by voting which opens at 9:40pm for 15 minutes.
At 9:40pm, the larger closing display commences with the results announced at 9:55pm.
