A RALLYING call has been issued by the Charlotte and Craig Saving Hearts Foundation for Standard readers to help them scoop £25,000 worth of funding from Aviva.
The charity, which was started by Rob and Maggie Underwood, needs as many votes as it can get to secure the cash.
It is estimated the funding would enable the charity to supply 20 Redditch areas with 24-hour accessible defibrillators, including Church Hill, Woodrow, Abbeydale and Brock Hill.
Rob told The Standard: “Everyone who takes part gets ten votes so the more people the better.
“It will only take a few minutes out of each person’s life to vote but think about how many lives it could potentially save.
“We are grateful to everyone’s continued support and are hoping everyone will get behind this campaign which is free to do.”
Rob and Maggie started the charity when they lost two of their children – Charlotte and Craig – to rare heart conditions.
