FITNESS fanatics in Redditch and Bromsgrove aged 18 to 81 have raised more than £1,000 for charity.
Fitcamps are run weekly by Healthy Happy Worcestershire and the group’s 2017 fundraisers ended with the Winter Wonder Body which collected £460 for Acorns Children’s Hospice.
“We are aiming to double our charity fundraising this year,” said Rachel Schieber, who runs the challenges with Jamie Hackett, from Studley.
“People come into the challenges for all different reasons, some to lose weight, make lifestyle changes, get more energy, get fitter. Our age range is 18 to 81 years so it’s suitable for everyone.”
A new challenge – Get Lean in 2018 – begins on January 8.
