A REDDITCH church is holding a free breakfast club for families in need over the Easter half-term.
Redditch Baptist Church on Easemore Road is holding the club from Tuesday April 2 to Friday April 5, with sessions starting at 9.30am.
Leadership team and church member Simon Coleman wants to encourage families to seek support if they need it.
He said: “We offer a safe and welcoming space for families, and welcome anyone who wants to come.
“The local community have really got behind us, with supermarkets in the town donating food, and support groups helping spread the word.”
All children are welcome, but need to be accompanied by an adult.
Simon added: “We will be bringing the breakfast club back in Whitsun week and in the summer holidays.
“We want families to know they’re not on their own and there is the support of there.”
