REDDITCH Business Improvement District (BID) has launched a new town centre learning hub.
The scheme provides employees of BID-supported businesses in Redditch town centre with free, unlimited access to hundreds of professional development courses.
The learning hub is designed to help employees build new skills and support business performance.
Courses cover a wide range of topics relevant to both retail and professional services, ensuring the offer meets the diverse needs of local businesses.
Muj Rahman, BID Manager said: “Employees of our levy-paying businesses can choose from subjects ranging from Retail Management and Customer Service to Microsoft Excel and Project Management.
“With so many different types of businesses operating in our town centre, this is a fantastic way for us to address a wide range of learning and development needs.”
“Once a course is completed, learners can download a Redditch BID Certificate of Learning, helping employees evidence their personal development and progress.”
All courses in the Redditch BID learning hub are delivered as live, interactive webinars, enabling employees to learn flexibly at scheduled times.
Sessions can be accessed from home or the workplace, making learning accessible and convenient.
The learning hub has been launched in partnership with SEEDL, a pioneering Virtual Live Learning Subscription Service.
