BUSINESS centre Excalibur Serviced Offices (ESO) has scooped a top prize in the Midlands Enterprise Awards 2020.
The Redditch company, based on Studley Road, was named ‘Serviced Offices of the Year’.
The awards recognise hardworking individuals and firms in the Midlands for their performance, innovation and excellence.
ESO opened nearly six years ago and in that time has doubled its serviced offices from six to 12.
Separate meeting spaces are available for use by all tenants, including a conference room decorated with bespoke artwork.
Tiller Research is one of the businesses based at Excalibur Serviced Offices.
Its director Peter Rose said: “We were the first business to become a tenant at Excalibur.
“My partner and I had been looking for new premises for several months, but had struggled to find anywhere suitable.
“When we visited Excalibur, we immediately felt at home.”
