A SANCTUARY care home in Headless Cross has scooped a coveted award for the third year running after going head-to-head with more than 1,700 care homes in the region.
Brambles Residential Care Home has won a Top 20 Recommended Care Homes West Midlands award from the leading guide to care homes – carehome.co.uk – which is based on reviews.
After beating off competition from 1,773 homes, manager Margaret Hook and her team are thrilled to have picked up accolade from the online guide, which has 1.5m visitors every month.
In addition to the award, the home was ranked top of the 50 homes in Redditch, again for the third consecutive year.
Margaret said: “We were absolutely over the moon to receive the award two years running, but to get it again this year is just such an honour.
“I am so proud of my team here and this award is testament to the kindness and care they show our residents and their loved ones each and every day.”
Director of carehome.co.uk, Davina Ludlow, added the team at the Brambles have proven they provide excellent care and extended her congratulations to the Birchfield Road site.
She said: “It’s a wonderful achievement to be recognised for being a highly recommended home by the very people you care for.

In recognition of their success, the Brambles will be named on carehome.co.uk as a top rated home and will receive a certificate to display with pride.
