A REDDITCH firefighter was honoured at the Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (HWFRS) Worcestershire Awards last week.
Greg Curzons received the Fire Brigade’s Long Service and Good Conduct medal to mark 20 years on the job at the ceremony held at Worcester Guildhall.
He started his career with Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service on April 19, 1999 as an on-call firefighter.
In June 2006 he joined HWFRS and now serves as a temporary crew commander.
