A SUCCESSFUL repair firm has moved into bigger premises after seeing customer demand soar by nearly 50 per cent this year.
Maz Service and Repair Ltd, based in Hunt End, has moved into a 4,817 sq ft unit on 26 Dunlop Road.
The five year lease, costing £31,300 per annum, was facilitated by local property agency John Truslove.
Stuart Vann, owner of the Maz Service, said: “Ian Parker at John Truslove listened to what we needed and suggested a site which wasn’t even on our radar.
“As soon as we saw it we realised it was perfect for our needs, with a much bigger sales area.”
Mr Vann and his three-person team, who specialise in repairs and sales of Mazak machining equipment, are wasting no time making use of their extra space.
“It’s about twice the size of our previous premises,” he added.
“As things traditionally slow down in December we are gearing up to make the best us of the space, including some marketing video using drones to get overhead views of all the machines in operation.”
