Redditch firm opens third new office in a month

A REDDITCH based recruitment firm has opened a new office in Coventry.

Swift Temps’ Coventry office is the eighth office to be opened by the company and is the third new office opened within the past month.

The latest office opening follows the opening of a brand-new office in Telford last month alongside the launch of their new Head Quarters in Moons Moat in September.

The addition of the new Coventry office facilitates the company’s continued growth as they seek to support workers with finding temporary and permanent employment positions during the Cost of Living Crisis.

Swift Temps was founded in 2016 when Redditch born entrepreneur Damian Lee left his Senior Recruitment role in Birmingham to launch Swift, at the time using his home as collateral.

Mr Lee’s risk paid off and the company now has eight offices across the West Midlands and North West England with offices in Redditch, Oldbury, Telford, Coventry, Manchester, St Helens, Preston and Deeside.

The company specialises in placing permanent and temporary workers in industrial, administrative and engineering positions and recently opened a new specialist legal department within their new Redditch Head Quarters.

Managing Director Damian Lee said; ‘We’re delighted to open our eighth office in Coventry just as we head in to peak season for our clients.

“We’ve had an incredible month opening our new head office in our home town and an office in Telford, the birthplace of UK industry.

“Our new offices in the Midlands allow us to be in the best possible position to service businesses across Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire.”
