REDDITCH company Ubi-Tech (3R) Ltd has been presented with the Defence Silver Employer Recognition Scheme Award for 2019.
The award was made at the West Midlands Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association ceremony held at the National Arboretum Staffordshire.
Ubi-Tech was just one of 15 West Midlands companies to have been given this award.
Redditch-based Halfords also received a Silver Award.
The Armed Forces Covenant Scheme enables employers to publicly declare their support for Defence personnel.
The scheme encourages employers to support defence and the wider armed forces community, by aligning their company values and providing a working environment that openly advocates support for employees from the service community.
Rear Admiral Paul Marshall presented the awards.
