A REDDITCH fitness firm came together to support those in need throughout the previous festive season.
Now in its third consecutive year, the ALM Fitness food drive has become a meaningful festive tradition for members and coaches alike.
In 2023, donations were made to Arden Foodbank, followed by support for Friends of Isaac’s Food Bank in 2024.
Last Christmas, ALM Fitness supported Arden Foodbank, continuing its commitment to helping local families and individuals during the festive period.
Founded in 2010 by Amy Marshall, ALM Fitness and its growing community of members consistently look beyond fitness to make a positive impact locally.
Alongside their regular coaching and sessions, members are encouraged to give back, with last year’s food drive seeing a generous outpouring of donations including essential food items and festive treats.
Amy Marshall, founder of ALM Fitness, said: “This food drive has become something our members really care about.
“Every year I’m blown away by the generosity and kindness within our community.
“Supporting local food banks feels more important than ever, and we’re incredibly proud to once again support Arden Foodbank last Christmas.
“It’s a reminder that when people come together, even small acts can make a big difference.”
