A REDDITCH graduate planner who started her career with a national housebuilder little over one year ago has secured a promotion.
Harriet Jarvis began working for Persimmon Homes South Midlands in Studley in 2021, has been promoted to planner within the company’s land and planning team.
Harriet’s role will involve submitting planning applications for new sites, consulting Local Authorities, statutory consultees and members of the public.
She will also be responsible for negotiating legal agreements and assessing potential development opportunities.
Harriet has recently secured her first Reserved Matters planning consent at Weights Lane, Phase 4 in Redditch.
Harriet said: “I am really pleased to be recognised for my contributions to the company and look forward to continuing to work as part of the land team and progress the career ladder within Persimmon Homes.”
