A REDDITCH ladies only gym have opened a new cardio and weights space, with the town Mayor the first to use it.
Gymophobics in Mills Court has been helping the ladies of Redditch to achieve their fitness and weight loss goals for 15 years.
Last week saw the opening of the new addition to the facilities, called Hearts, a cardio and dumb bell suite.
Sue Aravanis, Gymophobics manager, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming members, old and new who were previously missing the cardio element to their workouts”
Emma Newman, the new manager of Hearts, said: “This is a wonderful opportunity for women of all ages to find all of their fitness needs met under one roof.
“Not only do you get membership to Hearts, you get full access to Gymophobics and the wealth of experience that the instructors have to help you hit your health and fitness goals!”
