Redditch Library gets ready to welcome top author Annie Murray

BESTSELLING author Annie Murray will be visiting Redditch Library on Friday, April 12, 2019.

Annie is the author of more than 40 books, including her popular saga trilogy which follows two women working in Bournville Chocolate Factory, Birmingham during the Second World War.

Her visit is part of a whole week of events which are taking place to celebrate Annie’s books, including a Chocolate Workshop, a display on factory work and a walk around the historic sites of Redditch.

Those who attend Redditch Library during the week of celebration will also have the opportunity to receive free tickets to Cadbury World.




Michele Campbell, Manager at Redditch Library said: “We are really excited to be welcoming such a well-known and well-loved author to Redditch Library.”

Copies of Annie’s books and refreshments will be available to purchase during the event which runs from 3.30pm until 5pm.
