A REDDITCH man has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the production, by another, of a controlled class B drug after £100,000 worth of cannabis was seized during a drugs bust in Park Farm.
Officers were called after a suspicious incident which led to the discovery and the arrest of the man, who is in his 40s.
Around 80 suspected cannabis plants and other suspected drug paraphernalia was discovered at a property on Little Forge Road yesterday (January 26) at 9.26am as officers conducted an eight-hour search.
During this time, police discovered two rooms were being used for growing the plants and put a scene guard in place at the address in order for electric companies, forensics teams and investigating officers to make the property safe and secure whilst collecting all evidence at the scene.
