Redditch may see an increase in police patrols following a suspected arson attack

WEST Mercia Police may increase their police patrols following a suspected arson at a house in Redditch.

The incident happened on Dolben Lane at around 11.45pm on Friday 21 September.

No one was injured but an investigation has been launched and officers are carrying out enquries.

Detective Constable Carrie Barnes of Redditch CID said: “We understand this incident may cause some local concern, but we would like to reassure the community that this is being thoroughly investigated.”
