REDDITCH is gearing up for the return of one of its most popular events – the Motor Show – which rolls back into town next weekend.
Taking place on Saturday and Sunday, May 16 and 17, the event will once again transform the town centre into a vibrant showcase of automotive excellence, attracting enthusiasts and families from across the region.
Organised by Redditch BID, in partnership with Shakespeare Rally Promotions, the 2026 event is set to be the biggest yet, with an expanded two-day format.
Visitors can enjoy a wide range of vehicles – from modern performance cars to timeless classics – with each day offering something different.
Saturday will feature vehicles from 1990 onwards, including modern, modified and high performance cars and pre-1990 vehicles – from vintage classics to early 20th century motoring icons – will be there on Sunday.
A major highlight this year will be the Dino Bus experience, bringing dinosaurs to life through interactive exhibits, educational activities and fantastic photo opportunities for families.
Adding even more excitement, visitors will also be able to see the iconic Back to the Future DeLorean, which will be on display inside the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.
Muj Rahman, Redditch BID manager, said: “We are thrilled to bring the Redditch Motor Show back for 2026 and this year it’s bigger and better than ever with a full two-day programme.
“The event continues to grow each year and, by splitting it across two themed days, we’re able to showcase an even wider range of vehicles and attractions.
“From classic cars and modern vehicles to family entertainment like the Dino Bus and the DeLorean display inside the Kingfisher Centre, there really is something for everyone.
“We’re proud to deliver a free event that brings the community together and supports our town centre businesses.”
Liz Eden, from Shakespeare Rally Promotions, added: “This year’s motor show is set to be a fantastic event as we celebrate our fifth year of running.
“Following the success of last year’s show, we’ve expanded it into a two-day event.”
The show runs from 11am until 4pm and is free to enter.
