REDDITCH MP Rachel Maclean is urging residents to support local businesses this summer.
With the school summer holidays in full swing, Mrs Maclean’s SupportLocal campaign will highlight the constituency’s small and independent businesses on social media.
From independent cafes and restaurants to long-established clothing stores, Redditch is home to many businesses which create jobs and power the local economy.
Mrs Maclean said: “Small and independent businesses are the backbone of Redditch’s economy, and as the local MP I have always done everything I can to support them.
“With the summer holidays underway, and if you can, I hope you will be able to support our local businesses who, not only create jobs for local people and power our economy but do so much to support our communities.
