MP FOR Redditch Rachel Maclean has launched a new survey and is urging residents to have their say on bus services in the borough.
It follows the first cross-party Redditch Bus Travel Task Force meeting which Rachel recently chaired.
The town’s MP wants to gather residents’ views on local services as part of her work with the County Council and the Government to protect, enhance and secure the future of bus travel.
Mrs Maclean said: “Whether they live in Redditch or in the villages, bus services are vital for many of my constituents.
“After an agreement was reached between the County Council and bus operators to continue all services until at least the end of March next year, I want to gather my constituents’ views on the service they’re receiving.
“Bus services still face challenges with lower passenger numbers and there isn’t just one solution to solve the problems services are facing.
“Work to protect, enhance and secure the future of bus travel in Redditch is ongoing, but it won’t happen overnight.
The survey will be open until Wednesday, November 16.
