REDDITCH woman Zoe Edwards is over-the-moon after winning Channel 4 programme ‘Your Room or Mine’.
The 38-year-old appeared alongside her mum Ashley Ellis, 55, and together they took home the £1,000 cash prize.
On the show, which airs every Monday-Friday, the pair proved that their taste in interior decor was the best.
Showrunners tasked the contestants with designing a room in each ther’s homes.
Zoe said: “Everyone was amazing and we all got on really well despite our on-screen banter.
“The show taught me we are all different and we all like various styles.
“Some of us are really passionate about our homes and want to add personal touches, while others just want a practical place to come back to after a long day at work.”
For their winning project, Zoe and Ashley sourced up-cycled furniture from all over the country.
“We opted to use high-quality and timeless homeware.
“You can change the colour of your walls but furniture can be costly to replace.
“It was a privilege to work with the other contestants and provide a room which they can really enjoy for years to come.”
