TWO officers from Redditch Police visited Oakenshaw Community Centre to speak to the Cubs group regarding issues that arise when children transition from primary school to secondary.
PC Alimov and PC Lisle delivered a presentation about internet safety and how to stay safe online with a specific focus on playing games online and on consoles.
PC Alimov spoke about road safety, especially now autumn, winter and the earlier darker nights are approaching.
The officers also gave tips on how to be safe in winter including wearing bright or reflective clothing and wearing shoes with good grip to prevent slipping on ice.
The Cubs enjoyed trying on some of the uniforms and sitting in the cage of the police van.
