YouGov research commissioned by Equifax found that not being able to pay unexpected bills was the top cause of sleepless nights, while not being able to afford to buy treats kept 43 per cent from falling asleep.

More than a quarter (26 per cent) of people Mildands residents said they worried about not being able to pay their household food bills, and around two in 10 (21 per cent) worried about not being able to pay their rent or mortgage.
