Redditch Police link robberies after gang strike twice

REDDITCH Police are appealing for witnesses after two robberies on Saturday evening, May 14.

The first took place around 9.30pm in Bridge Street, off Elm Road,. Batchley and the second was a short time later on the path towards Valley Stadium from Bromsgrove Road.

In both incidents the victims were approached by three men who demanded they hand over their mobile phones.

It is believed the robberies were carried out by the same three men.




The men are described as all of slim build, black and wearing ski masks, dark clothing and black gloves.

Enquiries are on-going to identify and arrest the suspects and police are appealing for witnesses.
