POLICE have stepped up patrols after a war memorial was vandalised at a park in Redditch.
The Church Hill Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) have launched an appeal for information following the incident at Bomford Hill Park.
On X, Redditch SNTs said: “Church Hill SNT have received reports from members of the community that the war memorial has been defaced on Bomford Hill Park.
“We will be conducting more patrols in the area over the coming days.
“This type of crime will not be tolerated.”
