Redditch Record Fair returns to town

THE POPULAR Redditch Record Fair returns to the Rocklands Club between 10am and 3pm tomorrow (Saturday, July 26).

Music lovers will have the chance to add to their physical music collections.

Organiser Ros Sidaway said: “There will be over 20 tables of quality pre-loved records and CDs and music memorabilia and merchandise brought to you by our regular sellers.

“The event brings great prices, great offers and great value.”

Admission to the public is £1 per person, with under-16s – who must be accompanied by an adult – going free. It is cash payment only on the door.

Proceeds from the door income will be donated to the GoFundMe campaign for Redditch three-year-old Leo who suffers with lissencephaly, a rare genetic disorder.

His mum, Suzanne Houghton, set up the page in November 2024 in a bid to fund a wet room and a downstairs bedroom for Leo as he is non-mobile and is currently being carried around the house, including up and downstairs.

The family is lucky to have £50,000 funding towards the cost, but have been left a short fall of £28,218 – they need £78,218 in total to fund these adaptations for Leo.
