SEVERAL roads in Redditch have been closed following a traffic collision at 6.30am this morning.
The A418 Warwick Highway is currently closed near to Morrison’s island after a car swerved off the carriageway.
Battens Drive, Alders Drive and Winyates Way have also been closed and will not reopen for ‘several hours’.
North Worcestershire Police tweeted: “This will affect traffic for Winyates and Matchborough Centre.”
One ambulance, two paramedic officers and a critical care car were also on the scene.
Drivers have been asked to avoid this area if possible.
