NEW ‘rounders for all’ sessions will be launching in Redditch next month.
Sessions run every Thursday from 6pm meeting at the field behind the Abbey Stadium starting on Thursday May 8.
Rounders for all is exactly as it says – the sessions are open to everyone, all ages and abilities, come as a group or on your own, there’s plenty of benefits to participating.
Redditch Borough Council Sports Development Officer, Hayley Gwilliam, said: “Rounders is a sport that many people will have played and enjoyed whilst they were at school but haven’t played since.
“Now is your chance.
“Rounders is a versatile sport meaning it can be played by all, even entire families.
“The sessions are mixed and make for great fun over the spring/summer months, providing health benefits as well as general fun.”
