A REDDITCH beauty salon has been nominated in three categories in the hair and beauty awards.
Staff Hacienda Hair in Headless Cross have been shortlisted in the Hair and Beauty awards 2023, apprentice of the year, and salon of the year.
Staff at the neighbouring salon The Beauty Cabin have also been shortlisted in the Hair and Beauty awards 2023, nail technician of the year and best aesthetics.
Abbie Brookes from the Beauty Cabin Redditch said: “It’s amazing, everyone is chuffed to bits to be recognised for our hard work.
“It’s been a struggle for everyone after lockdown, with morale being low.
“But this has really helped everyone in the salon and makes it worth it.”
The salon applied to be shortlisted for the awards were shocked to find out they had reached the final in every category they applied to.
Abbie added: “We’re a great team, and are so proud of what we do.
“We offer hair, beauty, aesthetics and nail treatments in the salons.
“We know it can be intimidating for people to come into a salon, but we try and make the experience as best as possible.
“We hope we’ve created a welcoming environment and we just want to thank our customers for making it a joy to come to work.”
The finals of the Hair and Beauty awards are held in Birmingham next April.
