TWO students from Redditch have been rewarded by the University of Worcester for their outstanding academic achievements.
Danielle Morgan, who has just graduated with a Foundation Degree in Mental Health, has been awarded an Academic Achievement Scholarship, while Jordan Workman, who is studying for a BA (Hons) in Business, Management and Human Resources Management, won the Best Undergraduate Placement Student award.
The pair of high-achievers are both former RSA Academy Arrow Vale students, and were presented with their awards by the University’s Vice Chancellor and chief executive, Professor David Green, at a special ceremony.
“When I found out I had won an award I was completely overwhelmed,” said 32-year-old Danielle. “I was pleased with the grades that I had received but never imagined I would win an award because of them. Winning the award has spurred me on with my further studies and has given me a real sense of pride and confidence in myself.”
