REDDITCH residents have been busy getting online with help and support from the Borough Council.
The Council has been holding two events as part of national Get Online week this week to show wanna-be surfers how to make the most of the internet.
Councillor Tom Baker Price, whose portfolio covers financial independence and support services, said: “More and more services are available online but it can seem quite daunting if you haven’t had much experience.
“We want to show people how easy it is to pay a bill online or get information about services and benefits, 24/7.”
This Friday, October 19, online experts are in the Kingfisher Centre from 10am to 4pm to help people access the internet.
