THE TOWN’S Kingfisher Shopping Centre will be opening its doors for extended hours this festive period for shoppers looking to buy that last minute Christmas present or take advantage of the sales.
Tonight (December 23) the centre will be open until 8pm and stores will be welcoming customers from 8am tomorrow (Christmas Eve) until 5pm.
On Christmas Day the Kingfisher will be closed but its doors will repoen on Boxing Day for a frenzied day of sale shopping at 5am.
The centre will be open to shopaholics in search of a bargain from the wee hours – mainly in aid of the Next annual sale which sees shoppers take home massive bargains thanks to 50 per cent price slashes acoss the store.
Discounts will be available across all of the store’s departments with some items reduced to less than half price.
Next will open between 6am and 6pm with various other stores throughout the centre opening from 6am or 6.30am but shoppers are advised to check with individual retailers for details.
Customerswill have the chance to pick out the perfect party outfit on New Year’s Eve between 9am and 5.30pm and New Years Day will see the Kingfisher trading between 10.30am and 4.30pm with normal trading resuming on January 2.
