THE WAIT is finally over – the winners of this year’s Redditch Standard Baby of the Year competition can now be revealed.
It was back in March when more than 100 proud parents went to the Kingfisher Centre to have their children’s pictures taken by our professional portrait photographer Andrea Powell.
The entrants were split into two categories – 0 to 18 months and 19 months to three years – and then a public vote got under way.
The top ten in each category after the vote were put through, along with another 10 in each section chosen by our independent panel of judges.
And now we can reveal that the 0 to 18 months section was won by Brody Campion.

Lily Craner finished runner-up.

In the 19-month to three-year category, Aria Brady was the winner.

With Rory Byrne finishing a very worthy second.

The winners in each category will receive a large 20x24ins canvas wrap portrait of their child plus a special Jellycat toy, together worth £200.
The runners-up will also receive a canvas portrait – measuring 12x10ins – of their child worth £100 plus they too will receive a Jellycat toy.
The Standard would like to thank everyone who entered this year’s competition.
