CHILDREN visiting Santa’s grotto in the Kingfisher Centre this weekend can do so completely free of charge.
Until Sunday (December 4) visits to the grotto on Walford Walk, outside of Debenhams will be completely free and will even include a gift from Santa.
Santa can be found in the grotto which is adorned with glistening snowflakes and icicles, sitting in an enchanted forest of toadstools and woodland creatures.
No bookings are being taken for free visits to the grotto, Santa’s visitors are asked to turn up on the day to queue instead.
Other visits to Santa, outside of the free dates, can be secured via Kingfisher Shopping Centre’s online booking system. To avoid disappointment it’s advised to book tickets online.
Katie Broome, Marketing Manager at Kingfisher Shopping Centre, said: “The festive season is such an exciting time of year, and we can’t wait to have Santa here in his brand new fairy grotto to add to the magic of Christmas.”
