THE founder of an independent Redditch food producer is seeking investment to help her spread the word on healthy eating.
Cathryn Zielinski, owner of Simplyseedz in Stock Green, has created a range of homemade porridge, cereals and seed mixes and is looking for support from the public on the crowd-funding website Tesco BackIt.
Tesco BackIt gives small food and drink businesses the chance to tell their story, show off their products and campaign for funding to help them grow.
Cathryn said: “Our plans are to develop the seed mix snack pot offering, enabling them to be supermarket ready and take the snack aisle by storm.”
