SHOPPERS were simply having a wonderful Christmastime at the town’s Kingfisher Shopping Centre this festive period as sales rose, thanks in part, to the draw of its growing food and leisure offering.
The centre saw especially high footfall to The Hub, home to many of the Centre’s restaurants and the seven-screen Vue Cinema which qwas showing 2015’s most anticipated blockbuster, Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
The last-minute Christmas rush and Boxing Day sales brought an influx of visitors while the centre’s CollectPlus service also saw an increase in demand with the Christmas grotto attracting more visitors than ever before.
