IF anyone’s wondering where all the toilet paper has gone, Alcester singer-songwriter Jack Blackman has used it for the backdrop of his new release, the ‘Self-Isolation Song’.
Jack, the musician behind the hugely successful Tuery Sessions at the Cross Keys in Alcester, says he wrote the three minute masterpiece to bring a smile to people’s faces during these strange times.
“It also features a highly creative video featuring the aforementioned toilet paper, Jack singing in the bath (fully clothed) while there’s a laugh our loud moment right towards the end.
The song also features Jack’s younger brother and musician Euan singing the high harmonies.
It’s already been rated by the lead singer of Dodgy, Redditch’s own Nigel Clark as a ‘Great song…had me laughing’ and been tipped by BBC Rogue Traders.
