A NEW business, Reddistores Self Storage, has opened after a £340,000 investment supported by Barclays.

The new business venture based at Weights Farm in Redditch offer purpose built storage solutions for commercial and domestic customers across the West Midlands.

Adam Wood, managing director said: “The new business venture is a diversification from the family farm based at Weights Farm. I already run a successful skip hire business ‘Redditch skip hire’ but spotted an opportunity to develop some unused buildings to generate another revenue stream. With units available from £12 a week we have storage solutions for both domestic and commercial customers.”

Neil Barnes, of Barclays added: “A £340,000 investment in the new premises demonstrates both Barclays and Reddistores confidence in the success of the business. They have created a top of the range storage facility, creating great accessibility for cars and vehicles, fully heated with 24 hour alarm monitoring.”
