STEP back to the heyday of Terry Springs at a special exhibition dedicated to the iconic company at Forge Mill Needle Museum at Bordesley in Redditch.
The event, which runs from February 1 to March 5, traces the history of the firm from its humble Redditch beginnings to almost world domination.
The story of Terry’s is told through a wealth of photographs and press clippings covering topics like the origins of the company, its rich social scene with everything covered from a variety of sports to the famous dinner dances and long service presentations, to photos of the workers and the factory from the 1940s to 1960s.
Memorabilia also includes a look at many of the products that made Terry’s famous and also what happened towards the end of the company’s life.
If you worked at Terry’s (knew someone that did) or just want a nice slice of Redditch history, then this exhibition will take you on a trip down memory lane.
