ANOTHER lorry has got stuck under the ring road bridge on Prospect Hill.
It is the second time in less than a month that a vehicle has got wedged between the road and the flyover, despite a sign clearly giving the height in both feet and inches and in metres.
There has been talk in the past of ‘breaking the concrete collar’ of the ring road around Redditch town centre and bringing the traffic down to a street level at Unicorn Hill and Prospect Road but in recent years such schemes have been put on the back burner.
In the meantime the authorities have to decide what more needs to be done to stop vehicles getting stuck under the bridge.
