IT’S the last week of the Warwickshire Open Studios event which closes this Sunday (July 3) – but art lovers in Redditch don’t have to go far to see beautiful pieces of work.
The Artists Workhouse in Studley on Redditch Road has proved a magnet with a host of attractions including paintings, pottery, ceramics, needlework, collage and more – plus its own pop-up cafe.
In addition local firms around the village have joined in the celebrations with the result that as well as the 16 artists exhibiting in the Workhouse there’s a further 16 on show in shops and businesses, the village hall and parish church and a dedicated arts trail.
