BIG hearted Studley florist Pam Taylor-Hughes is getting on her bike in a bid to raise lots of money for three very worthy cancer tackling causes.

Pam, who’s business is based on the High Street, will be taking part in ‘Ride the Night’ a 100km (62 miles) pedal through the streets of London at night on Saturday, May 28.

And she’s currently getting the training miles as well as sorting out a suitable costume so she can blaze a trail on the big night.

“Our team is called ‘The Gerbera Girls’ and we will be wearing bright pink tutus and have Gerberas decorating our helmets,” said Pam.

All money raised will go to ‘Ovarian Cancer Action’, ‘Breast Cancer Care’ and ‘Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust’.

Pam can be sponsored by visiting https://www.justgiving.com/The-gerbera-girls or alternatively pop into her shop and snap up a fund raising Gerbera or two or simply make a donation.
