STUDLEY High School has been awarded the PTI Subject Leadership Programme Mark for outstanding teaching in English.
The PTI launched the Subject Leadership Programme in 2007 to recognise and reward school departments that develop inspirational ideas and activities.
The English department received the Mark in recognition of the hard work and dedication to the curriculum, enrichment and supporting the outcomes of all pupils carried out in 2022/23.
Esha Jenkins, curriculum area lead at Studley High School said: “We are delighted to have been awarded the PTI Mark for our English department’s innovative work, and will be proud to carry the Mark on our stationery and website as evidence of our commitment to inspirational teaching.”
The PTI’s Subject Leadership Programme is open to all state secondary schools across England.
