STAFF at a Studley nursery are celebrating this week after being rated ‘Good’ in every category of their recent Ofsted inspection.
Bright Kids Nursery on The Slough in Studley were visited by Ofsted on November 20 and the report praised them for having a “well-qualified and experienced management team” and for their good “quality of teaching” and t “robust child protection and safeguarding procedures.”
The report stated that: “All children make good progress from their starting points. Babies and toddlers are active and interested learners. Younger children quickly learn how to use spoons to feed themselves and enjoy taking part in activities, such as yoga and story time. Older children are independent and well motivated.”
Nursery manager, Charmaine Leach, said: “We’re really pleased with the outcome. The inspector was particularly impressed with our safeguarding procedures, the standard of teaching and how settled and confident our children are.
“I’m very proud of my team and this inspection recognises the hard work and dedication of our staff.”
