REDDITCH’S very own superwoman Sonia Tudor is helping to promote the latest Couch to 5k course in the borough.
Starting this Monday, September 16, there are times and sessions to suit everyone.
- Mondays:
10am – Morton Stanley Park, meet at top car park.
7pm – Arrow Valley Park, meet at Stitch Meadow.
Wednesdays:
6am – The Abbey Stadium track.
7.30pm – Also at the Abbey Stadium track.
Thursdays:
9.30am – Abbey Stadium track.
6.30pm – Arrow Valley Park, meet at Stitch Meadow.
Sundays:
9.30am – The Abbey Stadium track.
Sonia, who is the Worcestershire Ambassador for Macmillan Cancer Care and ran 50 miles on her 50th birthday, will be there in person for the 6am meeting on Wednesday at the Abbey Stadium.
Each session costs just £1 – just turn up.
