THERE’S a revolution happening in the delivery of leisure services at the Abbey Stadium, Palace Theatre, Forge Mill Needles Museum and Pitcheroak Golf Course.
These key services are being handed to an ‘arms length’ company, known as a Teckal’ which, although answering to the Borough Council, will have the freedom to introduce sweeping changes to these jewels in the Redditch crown.
